Right of Withdrawal As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at cresto.support@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at cresto.support@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items may be exempt from returns (e.g., personalised or hygiene-sensitive products). These will be clearly marked on the product page.
